- Proven experience succeeding in complex matrix and cross-functional projects
- Experience managing and reporting against multi-year plans budgets Key Performance Indicators breakthroughs roadmaps etc.
- Proven analytical proficiency; well-versed in site analytics and proficient in analyzing data for digital merchandising decision-making.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent education.
- Experience leading all aspects of program roadmaps with high attention to detail
- Ability to inspire influence and collaborate across many functions and levels of the organization
- Demonstrated organizational skills ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
