Job Description
An Important Note about Wayfairs In-Office Policy and Salary:
Please note that this is a hybrid role based in Boston and will require you to work in the office on Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays.
The salary range for this position is $126500 - $137500 per year. The base salary offered may vary depending on location job-related knowledge skills and experience. Restricted stock units will be provided as part of the compensation package.

The PLP & Navigation team owns all front-end experiences associated with Product Listing Pages (PLP) & Navigation across all Wayfair LLC stores & geos. We are responsible for building and optimizing the critical surfaces where customers discover browse and evaluate Wayfairs vast catalog of products. This includes the end-to-end PLP experiencefrom product grid pages brand pages & category browsingto navigation elements that guide customers seamlessly through our site like search top navigation and site-wide headers/footers. Our mission is to deliver scalable intuitive and value-driven shopping experiences that help customers find what they love quickly & confidently while empowering internal teams to continuously innovate & enhance how Wayfair showcases its selection across global markets.
What Youll Do
- Define & Drive Roadmaps: Partner with design tech teams and business stakeholders to build & execute roadmaps that elevate PLP & Navigation experiences.
- Deliver Intuitive Engaging Experiences: Translate customer needs & shopping behaviors into clear product requirements that shape how customers browse filter and discover our catalog.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work in tandem with platform & ML teams to identify the right technical foundations & algorithms to power front-end features.
- Product Requirements & Delivery: Author PRDs & collaborate closely with design & engineering to deliver new front-end features & enhancements that make product discovery simple scalable and compelling.
- Data-Driven Problem Solving: Leverage qualitative & quantitative insights to identify opportunities break down complex problems and measure the impact of product initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Champion the PLP & Navigation experience by aligning stakeholders across engineering design analytics and the business to deliver high-impact improvements.
Were A Match Because You Have
- 3 years of product management experience ideally in e-commerce or other customer-facing digital products.
- Proven track record of building & scaling impactful front-end experiencesespecially navigation elements product listing pages or other large-scale discovery experiences.
- Experience collaborating with machine learning teams to deliver data-driven features that improve product discovery ranking and personalization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex multi-team technical initiatives aligning platform engineering design and analytics groups to deliver robust front-end experiences.
- Familiarity with A/B testing experimentation and agile development practices.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams & business leadership and translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Customer-first mindset with empathy for our site users.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or related field (advanced degree preferred).
