Youll join the Asset Engineering Assurance team who are responsible for assuring the quality of engineering work completed on all the assets on the high voltage electricity network across England and Wales. Enabling a multi-billion pound capital plan to be technically assured resilient against cyber threats and enabling net zero.
As Asset Engineering Assurance Manager - Protection you will lead and develop a team of technical and equipment specialists that provides expert engineering input and assurance for Protection at all relevant stages of the investment process to ensure the delivered solutions meet the expected standards and specifications. Youll be responsible for ensuring that the relevant engineering standards policies and processes are aligned with the Asset Management Strategy regulatory requirements and industry benchmarks.

- Protection and control experience across electricity transmissions networks
- Excellent people leader skills building a team to circa 10 12 reports.
- Proven Change management Risk management andProject management experience.
- Experience of UK power industry standards structures policies regulations & market fundamentals.
