Job Description
- Excellent knowledge of HR with good knowledge of employee lifecycle ideally has some exposure to Workday
- Ability to write good content aimed at the business stakeholders
- Able to work on her own proactively
- Can lead and connect with client HR SMEs to collect and review the functional specs
- Understand the concept of integrations
- can build HR business process flow
- Ability to build and understand BRD (Business requirement document)
- Ideally has over 3 years of experience in the area
