Job Description
HR generalist:
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances ensuring timely resolution and fostering a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with shopfloor employees and management to address workforce concerns and improve engagement.
- Support onboarding and training processes to meet organizational needs.
- Administer HR policies and procedures ensuring company standards.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention particularly in shopfloor operations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support payroll benefits and performance management processes.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of HR experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on employee relations.
- Hands-on experience in handling shopfloor employees and addressing grievances directly.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
