In this role
You will work within the HR Total Rewards team supporting compensation and benefits-related analysis reporting and process improvements. Youll have the opportunity to take ownership of specific projects from start to finish such as:
- Assisting with the review and update of salary ranges for some EMEA countries.
- Supporting data collection and analysis for participation in compensation and benefits benchmark surveys.
- Helping improve employee experience through our Ask HR portal and contributing to content creation.
- Collaborating with other departments such as People Operations and Payroll to gather insights and align processes.
- Identifying improvement opportunities in compensation processes documentation and tools.
- Supporting ongoing benefits projects as needed with a focus on enhancing employee understanding and experience.
What You Will Need to Succeed
- You are a student with an analytical mindset pursuing a bachelors or masters degree (Business Administration Economics or MSc Social Health and Organisational Psychology preferred; but other fields are also welcome).
- Strong skills in Excel (e.g. pivot tables vlookup).
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
- Organized proactive detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Curious and motivated to suggest improvements to internal processes.
- A team player with a professional attitude and willingness to learn.
