Minimum Qualifications

Strong understanding of Data Management/Governance processes and systems

Business Analyst methodologies system design & analysis

Master & Reference Data Management (preferably Stibo)
Agile Methodology JIRA Lucidchart MS PowerPoint MS Excel
Hands-on experience with ANSI SQL
Strong analytical and communication skills
Strong understanding of Data Management/Governance processes and systems

Position Summary
The Digital Business Analyst III supports discovery design implementation and support of data processes and IT systems across the customer experience journey. This role coordinates multiple project teams and aligns business needs with technical solutions.
The Digital Business Analyst III supports discovery design implementation and support of data processes and IT systems across the customer experience journey. This role coordinates multiple project teams and aligns business needs with technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with product and business process owners to document and align requirements
Support customer product roadmap execution
Gather and groom user stories with acceptance criteria
Track KPIs and ensure value delivery
Lead functional design discussions and documentation
Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders
Use JIRA and Confluence to manage work items and backlog
Support integrated implementations and QA testing
Facilitate standups demos and stakeholder communications
Build business and data glossaries
