Minimum Requirements:

23 years proven vehicle sales experience (new or pre-owned)
Motor dealership experience is essential applications without this will not be considered
Experience within a franchise dealership environment is highly advantageous
Valid drivers license and reliable transport
Solid understanding of sales processes lead generation and deal closing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated target-driven and professionally presented

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Proactively prospect for new clients and follow up on existing leads
Sell new or pre-owned vehicles to both walk-in and online customers
Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction and support customer retention efforts
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales records
Ensure full compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards
