Deine Aufgaben:

• Du erstellst die Dokumentation (/englisch) nach Vorlage fr Geschftprozesse im zentralen SAP ERP.
• Du arbeitest bei Aufgaben im Tagesgeschft mit und untersttzt dadurch die Kollegen bei allen anfallenden Ttigkeiten und bei aktuellen Projekten
• Mithilfe bei der Koordination von Projektinhalten mit beteiligten Fachbereichen
• Untersttzung bei der Entwicklung und Durchfhrung von regelmigen Ergebnisprsentationen

Deine Skills:

• Du bist Student*in im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre Informatik Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Maschinenbau oder hnlichen Studiengngen
• Du bringst idealerweise Kenntnisse im CSS / HTML Umfeld mit
• Du bist routiniert in der Anwendung der gngigen MS-Office-Programme
• Du berzeugst durch deine selbststndige Arbeitsweise schnelle Auffassungsgabe und dein analytisches Denkvermgen
• Du bringst sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit
• Du besitzt ausgeprgte kommunikative Fhigkeiten die Du in unserem internationalen Umfeld gut einsetzen kannst

Your responsibilities:

• You will create documentation (in English) based on templates for business processes in the central SAP ERP system.
• You will assist with day-to-day tasks supporting your colleagues in all activities and current projects.
• You will help coordinate project content with the departments involved.
• You will assist in the development and implementation of regular results presentations.

Your skills:

• You are a student in the field of business administration computer science industrial engineering mechanical engineering or similar courses of study.
• Ideally you have knowledge of CSS/HTML.
• You are experienced in using common MS Office programs.
• You impress with your independent way of working quick comprehension and analytical thinking skills.
• You have very good written and spoken English skills.
• You have strong communication skills that you can put to good use in our international environment.
