Traditional Home Health Care is hiring compassionate dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide one-on-one care to our patient located in Northampton County. Traditional Home Health Care is a leader in the health care field providing skilled nursing/aide services and state of the art educational programs that have proven results. Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Performs personal care/ household duties (e.g. dressing toileting feeding light housekeeping) in home/school setting
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide emotional/behavioral support
- Follows plan of care
- Ability to interact as a member of a multidisciplinary team
- Reports any changes in the patient condition to agency/nurse case manager
