Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for automotive service Stivers Ford Lincoln Iowas top-rated Ford and Lincoln dealership is seeking an experienced Quick Lane Manager to lead our fast-paced high-volume Quick Lane service center. Join our award-winning team and help deliver exceptional maintenance and repairs to our valued customers
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Quick Lane service center ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service.
- Manage and mentor a team of technicians and service advisors to meet performance goals.
- Drive customer satisfaction through excellent service quick turnaround times and proactive communication.
- Monitor inventory order supplies and maintain compliance with Ford standards and safety regulations.
- Analyze performance metrics implement improvements and achieve sales targets for services and parts.
- Collaborate with the dealerships service and sales teams to enhance overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Proven experience in automotive service management preferably in a quick-service environment.
- Strong knowledge of vehicles and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent leadership communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary based on experience plus performance bonuses. ($70k-95K annually)
