About the role
Youll be working with a team responsible in supporting multiple areas within Finance. You would need to be able to bridge the gap between Finance objectives and IT solutions. Areas of concentration are GAAP-reporting master data management FP&A reporting and project support.
Specific Responsibilities
Demonstrate strong business and financial acumen with supporting the project and finance systems.
Collaborate with project managers and other teams to ensure a successful and timely project delivery.
Support and contribute to projects and workstreams associated with significant transactions and ad hoc activities (ie: acquisition process improvements re-segmentations)
Master Data Governance (MDG) admin. Part of centralized team to analyze and process master data requests.
EPM Reporting Tools admin and MJE preparer. Work with the business unit controllers to address various ad hoc requests and issues.
Apply analytical methods to drive process improvements and facilitate effective issue resolution.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Finance Accounting or related field preferred. Prefer a business background rather than IT background.
2 years experience as a Business Analyst
Foundational knowledge in SAP and BPC are a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
Familiarity with SAP reporting tools including Fiori Webi and Analysis for Office (AO).
Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate to peers and stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear actionable recommendations.
Collaborative and team-oriented approach to ensure alignment and achieve common goals.
Capable of managing multiple priorities while proactively seeking support when necessary
