Your Responsibilities:

Full responsibility for our Hamburg branch operations personnel & financials
Lead and develop the team while ensuring top-level customer service
Manage P&L and drive KPI performance
Optimize processes ensure compliance and implement company goals
Collaborate with the global Toll network to grow volume and profit

What You Bring:

Completed vocational training in freight forwarding/logistics
10 years of industry experience ideally with leadership responsibilities
Strong analytical and commercial mindset
Excellent German and English skills (written & spoken)
Proficiency in freight software (ideally CargoWise) & MS Office tools
