About the Role
This 12-month fixed term roleis a part ofaclose-knitteam withinthe commercial workstream of Sportsbets GlobalBettingPlatform(GBP) a product manager you will play a critical role inensuringSportsbets commercialobjectivesaredefined anddelivered as part of our core betting platform to deliver parityfor our customersandexcitingfuture growth opportunities.
Thiswill require businesstransformationacross ourRisk andTrading backoffice as well as migrating our product will be to assess these options providebalance between delivery customerbenefitand commercial upside.
Werelooking for someone who loves solving problems thrives in fastpaced environments and brings curiosityenergyand a customerfirst mindset to their work.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape the roadmap by working with commercial tradingcomplianceand tech teams to understand needs and feed into the GBP product plan.
- Turn strategy into action by translating business goals into clear product initiativesepicsand milestones.
- Drive discovery to uncover gaps in future platforms and assess impact value and tradeoffs.
- Own the backlog includingprioritisation refinementsequencingand release planning.
- Partneracross the business (engineering design analytics trading commercial) to align on the problemscopeand success measures.
- Communicate openly on progressrisksand decisions keeping everyone connected.
- Measure what matters through success metrics andOKRs anduse data and feedback to iterate.
- Support adoption by partnering with changeoperationsand commercial teams to ensure smooth rollout and tight feedback loops.
Key Requirements
- 24 years in Product Management within digital or tech environments.
- Experience working with agile teams and the full product development lifecycle.
- Strength in breaking down customer problems and spotting product opportunities.
- Comfortable using data to make decisions and simplify complex information.
- Curiosity adaptabilityownershipand a collaborative inclusive mindset.
- A degree or relevant practical experience.
- Interest in Sports or Racing is a bonusnot essential.
