All new candidates hired to the Department of Youth Services must complete a mandatory 3 week pre-service training located at DYS Training Academy in Orient Ohio. The hours for the training academy are Monday through Thursday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm.

DYS is the juvenile corrections system for the state of Ohio. DYS is statutorily mandated to confine felony offenders ages 10-21 who have been adjudicated and committed by one of Ohios 88 county juvenile courts. We are seeking aAdministrative Professional 1 in our Columbus Regional Parole Office located at 30 W. Spring St. Columbus OH 43215. This position will be a full time position reporting to the office daily Monday thru Friday.
