We are seeking a Partnerships Manager to help us grow and strengthen MOTIFEs partner this role you will be responsible for identifying building and managing relationships with organizations that complement our mission such as tech hubs universities business chambers and service providers.
You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to create opportunities for co-branded initiatives events and content that drive visibility and generate business leads. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking building meaningful professional relationships and turning ideas into concrete collaborations.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities within the tech and business ecosystem in Krakw and beyond.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners (associations corporations service providers etc.).
- Build a lead generation channel through structured and curated partnerships in collaboration with Sales.
- Co-create and manage events (conferences meetups panels webinars) together with partners.
- Work with Marketing to deliver joint campaigns content and promotional activities with partners.
- Represent MOTIFE at industry events acting as a brand ambassador.
- Track and report on partnership activities and their business impact.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in partnerships business development or community/ecosystem management.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Good knowledge of the Krakw/Polish tech and business ecosystem (or eagerness to build one).
- Deep understanding of building partnerships that bring value
- Excellent communication skills in English and Polish.
- Organized proactive and able to manage multiple initiatives at once.
- Experience in event organization and working with international stakeholders is a plus.
