An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Reliability Engineer to join a global leader in the aerospace and defence industry working on innovative mission-critical systems.

You will be part of the Reliability Maintainability & Safety (RMS) team embedding Design for Reliability (DfR) practices across new and existing programmes and ensuring compliance with international aerospace standards. Key Responsibilities

Perform reliability maintainability and safety (RMS) analyses at both component and system level.
Produce reliability predictions FMECAs/FMEAs maintainability analyses and fault tree analyses (FTA).
Support DfR activities such as DFMEA risk management logs HALT/HASS and robustness modelling.
Analyse in-service data and support FRACAS processes to drive product improvement.
Work with design and development teams to ensure products meet certification requirements (ARP4754A ARP4761 DO-178C/DO-254 MIL-HDBK-217).
Prepare technical reports and liaise with internal stakeholders and customers.

Skills & Experience Required

Degree in Engineering (or equivalent).
2 years experience in a technical engineering role.
Background in aerospace defence avionics or other safety-critical sectors preferred.
Hands-on knowledge of FMEA FMECAs FRACAS reliability block diagrams fault tree analysis and reliability modelling.
Familiarity with aerospace certification standards (ARP4754A ARP4761 DO-178C DO-254 MIL-HDBK-217).
Experience with reliability/statistical tools such as Minitab Weibull or Windchill Quality Solutions.
Knowledge of fuel hydraulic or avionics systems would be an advantage.
