Job Description
Your Team Responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Ensuring timely invoicing
- Supporting cross-departmental collaboration (Sales Operations Customer Service etc.)
- Maintaining compliance with internal and external financial regulations
Your Key Responsibilities
- Generate and issue accurate timely invoices based on contracts purchase orders or service delivery
- Monitor billing schedules and ensure all client billing is completed within agreed timelines
- Verify billing data pricing tax and supporting documentation for accuracy
- Resolve billing discrepancies by working closely with internal teams and customers
- Maintain up-to-date billing records and documentation in SAP
- Respond to client inquiries related to invoices statements and payment history
- Assist in developing and improving billing processes and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company billing policies and applicable accounting standards
Your skills and experience that will help you excel
- Proven experience in billing invoicing or accounts receivable (2 years preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in billing software or ERP systems (e.g. SAP QuickBooks NetSuite Oracle)
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with a proactive and customer-focused mindset
