Job Summary
Utilize your demand and asset planning expertise in a manufacturing environment at Resideo BRK Factory. You will gather performance data and assess whether or not departments are performing according to production schedules. You will produce reports that evaluate plant capacity and identify areas where improvements can be implemented. You will maintain and manage product history forecasts and promotional demand. Improve delivery performance through a variety of analytical and administrative duties performed across the supply chain teams. Facilitate collaboration within the manufacturing teams to achieve customer demands and schedules. Drive continuous improvement and lead change to ensure resources available for delivery of our services and products.
JOB DUTIES:
- Develop planning strategies
- Review production plans
- Analyze accuracy of demand master data inventory
- Review demand forecasts
- Create project demand plans
- Document material needs
- Promo orders track
- Recommend inventory improvements
- Executes basic SAP transactions for planning
- Interprets demand to present projections and monetary impacts
- Collaborates with planning purchasing and other related areas.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- 3 years of experience in the materials area.
- Knowledge of SAP (including MRP management Purchasing and BOMs).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Advanced verbal and written communication in English.
