Shift:Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm for 72 hours per pay period.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients and visitors with professionalism and compassion
Manage patient check-in registration and check-out processes
Schedule confirm and update patient appointments
Answer phones respond to inquiries and direct calls appropriately
Collect payments and verify insurance information accurately
Support clinic staff and ensure a smooth positive patient experience
Qualifications
Education:
- Must have a High School Diploma/GED
Experience:
- Previous experience in a medical office healthcare setting or customer service role preferred
Other Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
Ability to multitask prioritize and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Microsoft Office - basic computer skills
