Greet and assist patients and visitors with professionalism and compassion
Manage patient check-in registration and check-out processes
Schedule confirm and update patient appointments
Answer phones respond to inquiries and direct calls appropriately
Collect payments and verify insurance information accurately
Support clinic staff and ensure a smooth positive patient experience
Qualifications
Education:
- Must have a High School Diploma/GED
Experience:
- Previous experience in a medical office healthcare setting or customer service role preferred
