Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors with professionalism and compassion

  • Manage patient check-in registration and check-out processes

  • Schedule confirm and update patient appointments

  • Answer phones respond to inquiries and direct calls appropriately

  • Collect payments and verify insurance information accurately

  • Support clinic staff and ensure a smooth positive patient experience

Qualifications

Education:

  • Must have a High School Diploma/GED

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a medical office healthcare setting or customer service role preferred

Other Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach

  • Ability to multitask prioritize and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

  • Microsoft Office - basic computer skills
