Job Summary

As an Account Representative at Elevare Branding you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for managing client accounts ensuring that their needs are met and that our branding solutions exceed their expectations. Your role will be instrumental in supporting our clients growth and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction

  • Understand client needs and provide tailored branding solutions

  • Manage project timelines budgets and expectations

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective strategies and solutions

  • Identify new business opportunities and foster growth within existing accounts

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support

  • Track account performance and report on key metrics

 


Qualifications :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

  • Ability to think strategically and creatively

  • A keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills
