Job Summary

Pressure wash all tubs prior to scheduled vents so they are clean dry and ready for swap out.

Pre-stage tubs on the bayside of the coater prior to scheduled vents.

Repair and/or add new screens to tubs with damaged screens.

Do other needed repairs on tubs as required.

Pre-wrap rolls for the coater using roll wrapper with tensioner.

Pre-wrap rolls for the furnace quench.

Maintain supply of Kevlar wrap and rope for both the coater and furnace by maintaining inventory levels and re-stocking through Purchasing.

Assist in the mining and collection of silver during those vents when we reclaim silver condensate.

Assist in the installing of new pre-wrapped rollers on vent day as required.

Will conduct themselves in a manner consistent with supporting and promoting WXCGs Values by demonstrating good Team Work Integrity Positive Attitude and Safety.

Any reasonable duty as assigned
