Drilling Superintendent $120000 $160000 base (DOE) Bonuses

A well-established construction firm in the Miami market is seeking aDrilling Superintendent to lead micropile and small-diameter drilling projects. This is aonsite role with local travel only (no overnights required).

We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in construction and drilling ideally with long-term career stability. Foremen with 510 years of drilling experience who are ready to step into a superintendent role are also encouraged to apply.

Role Overview

Lead and manage crews of 830 employees on projects ranging from $2M to $12M
Hands-on field-focused leadership role with minimal administrative work
Early starts (56 AM) with work continuing until daily production goals are met
Direct-hire opportunity with competitive pay growth potential and relocation assistance

Compensation & Perks

Base Salary: $120K$160K (DOE)
Bonuses: Semi-annual totaling $20K$25K annually
Company vehicle & P-card provided
Relocation assistance available (up to $10K negotiable)
Minimal overnight travel

Must Haves

Construction industry drilling experience required (not just from gas/oil industries)
Micropile and small-diameter drilling experience (required)
3 years as a Superintendent or strong Foreman with at least 5 years of related drilling experience
Strong knowledge of rigging and drilling operations
Must live within 1 hour of Miami or be willing to relocate
