Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Analyst Pricing Operations to join ourFinancial Operations this role you will play a critical part in reviewing and executingpricing revamp requests for our merchants ensuring accuracy compliance and efficiency acrossmultiple payment methods. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manageworkflows validate profitability and help maintain a high standard of operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
Validate Pricing Requests: Review and verify all incoming pricing revamp requests fromthe POC team to ensure proper approvals accuracy and completeness.
Configure Pricing Plans: Set up and modify merchant pricing across various paymentmethods (e.g. Cards UPI Recurring E-Mandate Optimiser) in line with defined SOPs.
Coordinate with Stakeholders: Raise tickets with the Banking Operations team tovalidate margins and with the Checker team for final approvals.
Workflow Management: Initiate and track pricing revamp workflows through to closureensuring timely execution and proper documentation of all approvals.
Policy Compliance: Ensure all pricing changes comply with internal policies includingsecuring Function Head approvals where pricing may impact profitability.
Qualifications & Requirements
0.62 years of experience in an operations pricing or reconciliation rolepreferably in thefintech or payments sector.
Strong understanding of process governance and attention to detail in executing SOP-basedtasks.
Experience using ticketing systems such as Salesforce Freshdesk or similar tools.
Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams.
Bachelors degree in Commerce Finance Business Administration or a related field.
Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional settings.
