Job Description & Summary: A career within Data and Analytics services will provide you with the opportunity to help organizations uncover enterprise insights and drive business results using smarter data analytics. We focus on a collection of organizational technology capabilities including business intelligence data management and data assurance that help our clients drive innovation growth and change within their organizations in order to keep up with the changing nature of customers and technology. We make impactful decisions by mixing mind and machine to leverage data understand and navigate risk and help our clients gain a competitive edge.

Responsibilities:1

Act as a servant leader and coach for project teams ensuring adherence to Agile principles and Scrum practices. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups sprint planning reviews and retrospectives) and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Partner with Product Managers to refine prioritize and manage Client product backlogs. Remove impediments manage risks and coordinate across functional/technical teams to ensure smooth delivery. Drive collaboration between business stakeholders consultants developers and QA to align on objectives and deliverables. Track report and communicate sprint progress release status and KPIs to leadership. Guide teams in adopting Agile best practices within Client environments Champion a culture of transparency accountability and value-driven delivery in large-scale Client initiation.

Mandatory skill sets:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Act as a servant leader and coach for project teams ensuring adherence to Agile principles and Scrum practices.
