  • This position starts at $52100. Final compensation is based on experience

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Obsession: Consistently provide exceptional experiences for our clients patients and colleagues by understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.

  • Assist the AP team in training new associates
  • Serve as AP Specialist backup on an as needed basis
  • Assist with writing AP processes and procedures
  • Prepare and reconcile accounts to statements customers invoice chargebacks outstanding checks/VCA/ACH returns
  • Prepare and manage ad hoc statistical reports related to accounts payable
  • Manage supplier relationships research and work with other internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies or invoice rejections
  • Conduct reconciliations and internal audits of invoices and expense reports to identify discrepancies and offer recommendations for process improvements
  • Responsible for pulling billable expenses
  • Review supplier information and perform TIN matching
  • Assist with 1099 processing
  • Other duties as assigned
  • The work schedule requires availability in Eastern Standard Time with a typical start time of 6:30 am EST

Experience We Love:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years experience in Accounts Payable Accounting or a related field is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel
  • Experience with Workday or similar ERP systems is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience Finance/Accounting preferred
