AsHead of Organizational Effectiveness and Enablement Group Serviceyou will lead and establish a function responsible for leading and executing all customer service projects including managing subject matter experts as well as strategic initiatives. You will partner with the business and technology leadership to review and prioritize initiatives develop project plans create business requirements and drive successful outcomes on those initiatives. You will assist in leading continuous improvement and change management efforts driving adoption and increasing effectiveness across Group Service.
You report directly to the Head of Service and Initiatives and will assist in developing the strategy and vision for the Group Benefits Service value-chain. You will work with Group Service leadership and other business partners to understand business and market needs and ensure we are supporting the Group Service Keys to Success as identified in our target letter.

This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a Guardian office preferably Boston MA or Bethlehem PA and 2 days working remote. There will be travel as needed.
Salary Range:
$129500.00 - $212750.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education experience knowledge and abilities of the successful addition to salary this role may also be eligible for annual sales or other incentive compensation.
