As a working student at GlassDollar youll support our innovation team with hands-on tasks around startup collaborationsso ideas dont stay in slides but turn into real business outcomes.
Youll be based in Berlin (50% remote) working 1520h/week. German fluency is a must.

- Fluent in German and English written and spoken
Youre currently studying in one of these or similar fields: Industrial Engineering IT Business Administration Innovation or Entrepreneurship.
Were open to other related studies if you can show a strong interest in innovation startups or corporate strategy.

Youll be an active part of our Venture Clienting operations:

- Support PoC execution - draft scopes coordinate NDAs organize schedules review startup solutions
- Stakeholder coordination - prep materials track deadlines capture key actions manage follow-ups
- Process improvement - create checklists templates or dashboards
- Hands-on experience in corporate innovation and startup collaboration
- Exposure to real PoCs from need identification to scaling
- Insight into how corporations work with startups
- Mentorship from experienced innovators
- Flexible setup: Berlin-based with remote flexibility 1520 h/week 36 months minimum
