Hours: 8am 4pm Monday to Friday (School Term Time 2 weeks)

Commencement date: Monday 20 October 2025 or earlier by negotiation
The Role
As the Administration Officer Teaching and Learning you will provide essential support to the Deputy Principal Teaching and Learning Director of Studies Dean of IBDP and Heads of Department. You will play a key role in the smooth operation of academic programs and services for staff students and parents.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Coordinating academic testing and assessments (e.g. NAPLAN ICAS PAT)
Managing administrative processes for NESA and IBDP including ManageBac
Supporting academic reporting parent-teacher interviews and award ceremonies
Handling data entry communication and calendar management
Assisting with academic events excursions and examination logistics
Providing first aid and maintaining accurate student records
Offering a warm and professional point of contact for students staff and families
What Were Looking For:
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Google Suite Microsoft Office and other school systems (e.g. TASS)
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
First Aid qualification and current Working with Children Check
TAFE qualifications in administration (desirable)
