Job Summary
Description of the role:
The Antwerpen Chevrolet Service Advisor at Antwerpen Automotive in Sykesville MD will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the service department.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to determine their automotive service needs
- Recommend services and products based on vehicle requirements
- Schedule appointments and manage service orders
- Communicate with service technicians and provide updates to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or automotive industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic automotive terminology and service procedures
- Must be detail-oriented and organized
