Job Descriptions
1. Provide legal support on product development of Prudential business:
- Independently draft and review insurance policy provisions including all associated marketing documentation and communications.
- Advise on the design of products and sales journeys via all channels including traditional agency brokerage and digital.

2. Provide advice and support on BAU matters:
- General drafting / reviewing / negotiating commercial and reinsurance contracts.
- Provide legal support on ad hoc projects such as on-going development of digital platforms.
- Advise on the legal aspects of customers complaints and insurance claims.
- Advise on investigations of agents and potential impact on Prudential.
- Oversee and manage litigation including reporting and strategizing tactics.
3. Monitor and advise on the legal and regulatory developments in insurance law primarily and all other relevant regulations.
4. Provide updates and training on legal developments to staff.
5. Provide legal input on relevant regulatory consultation papers.
6. Responsible for records management.
Job Requirements
- LL.B degree holder and qualified Hong Kong solicitor with at least 3 years relevant experience from reputable financial institutions / law firms.
- Good knowledge of HK insurance regulations and industry practice would be an advantage.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
