As a Reference Data Specialist III within the Static Data Manila team you will be primarily responsible for on-boarding and maintenance of Client records on various systems. This role involves static data maintenances for our Global clients for APAC Trade Finance EMEA and WHEM. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and contribute to our teams goals and SLAs.
Job Responsibilities:
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Minimum of 2 years experience in bank operations
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills attention to detail and highly organized
- Client-focused solution-oriented and effective communicator
- Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel
- Assertive in resolving issues professionally and positively
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments global teams and flexible shifts including PH holidays and weekends
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Knowledge of Trade Payments and Cash products would be an added advantage.
- University degree in a relevant field
