Job Description
Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker
Location: Runcorn (WA7)
Salary: 13.50 per hour (c28080 Base Salary & 6600 in sleeps 34680 take home)
Working Hour: 40 hours per week rolling rota (2 on 4 off weekends included) & Overtime can be allocated if required.
Hourly Rate: 13.50
Number of Sleeps Required: 811 per month
Pay Per Sleep: 55
Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: YPs with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent recognised qualification)
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 2 years in residential childcare

Number of Beds: 1 Bed with a Staffing Ratio of 2:1 (Staff:Children)
Location: Runcorn WA7
Type of YPs: EBD Trauma Neglect
Ofsted Rating: New/aiming for Good to Outstanding
