A Shift Incharge (or Shift Supervisor)oversees operations staff and processes during a specific work shift to ensure smooth operations productivity safety and quality standards are met.Key responsibilities include managing the shift team resolving issues coordinating with other departments maintaining equipment and workspace preparing reports and ensuring compliance with company policies.The specific duties vary by industry from manufacturing to retail but the core function is leading the shift team to achieve set goals.
