Youll be an integral part of the post-death administration process working closely with attorneys and clients to ensure smooth and accurate probate and trust administration. Your skills will be deeply valued and generously rewarded.

What Youll Do:

Oversee probate and trust administration files from start to finish
Prepare and file court documents including petitions inventories and accountings
Track deadlines and court dates to ensure timely filings
Communicate with clients courts financial institutions and beneficiaries
Maintain organized and accurate case files
Collaborate with attorneys to ensure compliance with legal procedures and client goals
