Clinicians with experience in Hospital Medicine Cardiology Dialysis or Nephrology are especially encouraged to apply.




What Your Role Looks Like

Youll enjoy a flexible and dynamic schedule that may include:

  • Rounding at local dialysis centers

  • Daytime hospital coverage

  • Outpatient clinic visits

Youll collaborate closely with a team of experienced physicians and advanced practice providers who are committed to delivering personalized expert kidney care from hospital treatment to transplant support to long-term dialysis management.

Requirements

What Were Looking For

Candidates should bring:

  • A masters degree in nursing or physician assistant studies from an accredited program

  • Strong competencies in advanced assessment diagnosis care planning and pharmacotherapeutics

  • Ability to evaluate patient health conduct exams take medical histories and develop evidence-based care plans

  • Commitment to accurate confidential medical documentation

  • A passion for improving outcomes and enhancing patient quality of life

New graduates are welcome! Training is provided!

  • Base salary: Competitive

  • Bonus: 10% of net collections

  • Paid Time Off: 12 PTO days your first year 5 sick days
