A thriving nephrology group in the greater San Antonio region is expanding and actively seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join their growing advanced practice team. With clinic locations across the Greater San Antonio area this practice is part of a national provider-centered network that empowers clinicians to deliver exceptional kidney care while enjoying strong support training and collaboration.

Youll join a respected forward-thinking nephrology practice that places providers at the center of decision-making. Whether youre a new graduate or an experienced APP youll receive thorough onboarding and specialty training to ensure a smooth transition into nephrology.
Clinicians with experience in Hospital Medicine Cardiology Dialysis or Nephrology are especially encouraged to apply.
Youll enjoy a flexible and dynamic schedule that may include:
Rounding at local dialysis centers
Daytime hospital coverage
Outpatient clinic visits
Youll collaborate closely with a team of experienced physicians and advanced practice providers who are committed to delivering personalized expert kidney care from hospital treatment to transplant support to long-term dialysis management.

Requirements
What Were Looking For
Candidates should bring:
A masters degree in nursing or physician assistant studies from an accredited program
Strong competencies in advanced assessment diagnosis care planning and pharmacotherapeutics
Ability to evaluate patient health conduct exams take medical histories and develop evidence-based care plans
Commitment to accurate confidential medical documentation
A passion for improving outcomes and enhancing patient quality of life
New graduates are welcome! Training is provided!
Benefits
Base salary: Competitive
Bonus: 10% of net collections
Paid Time Off: 12 PTO days your first year 5 sick days
Paid Holidays: 8 annually
