Employment Type: Contract

LINECRM
This role focuses on executing CRM initiatives using LINE and other digital platforms to enhance customer engagement.


You will be responsible for campaign execution reporting and performance measurement.

/ Responsibilities

  • LINECRM
    Manage CRM communications via LINE and other digital channels

  • A/B
    Execute messaging campaigns segmentation and A/B testing

  • KPI
    Create KPI dashboards and performance reports


  • Monitor user behaviors and engagement trends

  • QA
    Collaborate with internal teams for content delivery and QA

  • CRM
    Support CRM projects through light data analysis and material preparation

/ Requirements

/ Must-Have

  • CRMSNS
    Interest in CRM operations or social media

  • CRM13
    13 years of experience in digital marketing or CRM coordination


  • Detail-oriented with strong timeline management skills

  • Excel
    Basic Excel or data analysis skills


  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

/ Nice-to-Have

  • LINE Official Account ManagerSalesforce
    Experience with LINE OA Manager Salesforce or similar CRM tools


  • Hands-on experience in audience segmentation or lead generation

  • TableauGoogle Data Studio
    Experience using reporting tools like Tableau or Google Data Studio

/ Language Skills


  • Japanese: Native level


  • English: Upper business level (for meetings and presentations)
