Temporary Full-time (24 months)
Total Remuneration Package: $63778 - $78538. Package includes base salary of $56191 - $69196 employers contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
This recruitment will also look to create an eligibility list valid for 18 months giving you the chance to be considered for upcoming opportunities of the same classification.

What does a traineeship involve
The Public Sector Apprentices and Trainee Program will implement the NSW Governments commitment to employ an additional 1000 apprentices and trainees across NSW Government agencies until 30 June 2026. More information can be found here.

About the role
As a Trainee youll gain hands-on experience while completing a nationally recognised Certificate IV in Information Technology Support (ICT40120). In this role youll assist with a wide range of ICT tasks including first-level technical support troubleshooting user assistance and contributing to ICT projects and service delivery.
Youll develop practical skills in installing and configuring technology gain exposure to ICT operations in a large organisation and work alongside experienced professionals who will mentor you as you grow. Your work will directly support students and staff by ensuring technology services run smoothly and efficiently.
