Are you passionate about people and eager to kick-start your career in Human Resources Join us as an HR Intern in our Madrid office where youll gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced client-focused environment. This is a hybrid role so youll enjoy the flexibility of working both remotely and in-office while collaborating with international teams daily.

This internship is ideal for someone looking to build a career in HR within the consulting or professional services sector.

What Youll Do

• Support recruitment and talent acquisition: source candidates coordinate interviews and manage communications.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding ensuring a smooth experience for new joiners and leavers.
• Maintain and update HR systems and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Contribute to projects in performance management learning & development and diversity & inclusion.
• Prepare HR reports dashboards and presentations for leadership.
• Help drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Conduct benchmarking and research on HR trends relevant to consulting and professional services.

What Were Looking For

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Psychology or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR within a consulting or professional services environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
