Summary
Are you passionate about empowering individuals with disabilities to live independently Join our nonprofit Independent Living Center as the CDPC Program Manager where youll lead a dedicated team oversee service delivery and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the CDPC program
- Supervise and train the CDPCS Kenai team
- Conduct routine supervision meetings with Program Support Specialists
- Ensure quality assurance of PCA timesheets and documentation
- Maintain up-to-date program materials and regulatory compliance
- Support consumers and caregivers with person-centered care
- Engage with community partners and resources
Qualifications
- 5 years of supervisory and management experience
- 3 years in human services or a related field
- Independent Living experience is a plus
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills

Pay Rate
$32.30 to $35.57
