The University of Maine System is seeking to hire a Confidential Resource Advisor. This position is a member of the Office of Human Resources (HR) and reports directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer. The positions primary location is at the University of Maine at Farmington though it is an expectation that the person in this role will also provide support to students at the University of Maine at Augusta. A flexible work schedule with up to 20% remote work opportunity is available if desired. The person who fulfills this role will provide emergency and ongoing support to survivors of sexual violence intimate partner violence and stalking. (20-A MRSA c. 445 Sexual Violence Intimate Partner Violence and Stalking at Institutions of Higher Education.)
