Job Summary
We are seeking motivated advisors to help families secure customized coverage solutions. Youll handle incoming leads conduct needs-based assessments explain benefits clearly and walk clients through each stage of the enrollment process. This fully remote commission-only role offers flexible hours unlimited earning potential and a structured mentorship system designed to help you grow quickly.
Responsibilities
Educate clients on available coverage options
Conduct scheduled phone/Zoom consultations
Assist clients through applications and approvals
Maintain accurate notes and follow-up
Requirements
Life & Health License (or willingness to obtain)
Background check required
Strong communication and organizational skills
U.S. work authorization
Goal-oriented disciplined and coachable
