About the Opportunity
As Contracting Coordinator you will play a critical role in supporting the Regional Contracting Leader (and Contracting Manager/Executive where applicable) with administrative work on supplier management to ensure supplier information is up to date accurate and adheres to Discovas excellent business standards. You will work closely with internal teams to support contract management product sourcing supplier relationships and cost savings.
About you
The Essentials:
A bachelors degree or 1 years experience in travel or contracting.
Good command of both written and spoken English.
The Attributes:
An approachable open-minded personality with great interpersonal skills.
Pro-active and solution focused turning problems into a resolution quickly.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to adapt and adjust to changes fluidly.
Solid collaboration and communication skills (both verbal and written) across cultures.
Assertive and inquisitive. You ask questions and consult with stakeholders when needed.
Able to work independently but also collaborate in a team environment to help everyone achieve high quality results.
Willing to travel on business when required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Discovas systems would be an advantage.
Personally aligned with Discovas company purpose and values.
