What Youll Do:

Moderate user-generated content (text video images)
Apply content policies consistently and fairly
Act on harmful or inappropriate material responsibly
Document and escalate sensitive cases when necessary
Collaborate in feedback sessions to improve moderation standards
Deliver high-quality decisions under time constraints
