Do you have what it takes

As a Senior Business Analyst you will:

Partner with US-based Customer Success to review onboarding checklists and capture all customer-specific needs.
Translate customer inputs into clear structured PRDs with both functional and technical details.
Own and maintain requirements documentation for each onboarding project.
Ensure requirements are complete technically feasible and fully understood by developers QA and delivery leads.
Act as the SME for onboarding requirements combining business context with technical detail.
Analyze system workflows APIs data structures and integration points to document accurate requirements.
Support Delivery teams by clarifying technical impacts edge cases and constraints.
Validate delivered functionality against requirements ensuring accuracy and technical alignment.
Work hand-in-hand with the Onboarding Program Manager to align requirements with project timelines and milestones.
Partner with Delivery Leads Developers and QA engineers to break requirements into actionable tasks.
Support Customer Success with updates on requirements status changes and impacts to delivery.
Identify recurring requirements patterns across customers and recommend process improvements.
Help standardize requirement-gathering templates checklists and PRD formats with technical best practices included.
Contribute to building a scalable onboarding playbook and knowledge base for technical onboarding.

Qualifications Required

4 - 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst Technical Analyst or Implementation Analyst in a technology company.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile Scrum etc.).
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
