Your Mission: Elevate Every Customer Journey

In this role youll be the vital link between our clients and their customers ensuring every interaction is seamless and exceptional. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing flight reservations including creating altering and canceling bookings with precision.
  • Providing outstanding support via phone and email answering queries about services VIP treatment and special assistance needs.
  • Expertly handling customer claims and resolving issues related to flight disruptions delays or cancellations.
  • Being a trusted source of real-time accurate information to empower customers.
  • Listening with empathy and going above and beyond to create memorable positive experiences.

Is This a Match

Were looking for someone who:

  • Is fully fluent in Spanish (C1) and has a strong command of English (B2).
  • Excels in communication and brings empathy and a collaborative team spirit every day.
  • Has at least 6 months of experience in customer service tourism or a related field.
  • (A nice bonus) Previous experience with GDS tools like Amadeus Sabre or Galileo.
