Job Position Summary | Responsible for managing and assisting staff at check-in Reservations ticketing Special category passenger handling Boarding Gate functions under the supervision of Duty Managers. |
Key responsibilities | - To ensure functioning of safety security and quality system within the area of responsibility.
- Coordinates with all other department and covers apron and gate area for smooth turnaround of flight within PTS.
- Responsible for smooth functioning of the area of work allocated on a daily basis
- Responsible to assist CSO/CSE/ Sr. CSE in resolving their queries.
- Responsible for ensuring all dead loads are loaded offloaded efficiently without any issues (Turn Around Coordinator only)
- Preparing duty allocations for all staff in shift for activities before aircraft arrival during turn round and after departure covering ticketing check-in assembly and departure control documentation clearance unloading loading cleaning transportation crew liaison communication etc.
- Responsible for reporting to DM / APM for occurrences events violations and acts that may affect safety security of the flight operations.
- Check all staff reporting in shift are well groomed and follow grooming guidelines.
- Have sufficient headcount in shift to cover all areas of operations.
- Follow up on all policies and procedures to abide by the regulations of company as well regulators and brief all team members to follow.
- Ensure staff interaction at all touch points with customers are maintained as high standards for customer satisfaction.
- Reply to all queries / complaint and claims received and report to the DM / APM.
- Follows health and safety standards and monitors down the line staff to follow the same.
- Has the authority to take a decision to implement safety risk in accordance with the safety rixsk tolerability detailed in the SMS Manual to support department Safety goals.
