Role: State Head Youth Education Mumbai
Experience: 8-10 years

About the role:

The state head would be driving the state operations build strong relations and strong team to drive scalable impact.

Key responsibilities not limited to to manage and drive success of Model District implementation to showcase impact of the program Managing logistics Facilitator sourcing Timely implementation Data collection and processing program quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Operations & Quality: Create implement and codify a world-class operations plan; manage logistics facilitator sourcing and timely implementation while ensuring program quality and data integrity.
Stakeholder & Government Management: Act as a key liaison with local government stakeholders draft reports and facilitate systems adoption.
Donor & Budget Management: Manage state budgets and field visit planning; co-draft reports with the fundraising team to provide regular updates to donors.
Team Leadership: Hire manage and engage a culturally identifiable high-performing team fostering an inclusive and purpose-driven work culture.
Impact Tracking: Ensure programs are contextualized to meet the needs of the youth and track both short- and long-term impact for alumni in the region.
Internal Liaison: Serve as a bridge between central and state teams to ensure alignment and smooth communication.

Who are we looking for

Experience: A minimum of 8 years of total experience with at least 3 years specifically spent leading and managing diverse teams.

Strategic Thinkers: You have the ability to zoom into the details while simultaneously zooming out to see the big picture.
Relationship Builders: You are adept at forging and strengthening relationships with various stakeholders including government and donors.
