Join a leading financial services company in Limassol as a Client Onboarding & Back Office Specialist where youll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations compliance and client satisfaction.
What Youll Do:

Oversee the client onboarding process including KYC/AML checks and document verification

Monitor client accounts for compliance and risk management
-
Reconcile financial transactions with bank and internal systems
-
Investigate and resolve transaction-related issues
-
Collaborate with finance accounting and payment providers
-
Prepare reports on account activity risk exposure and performance
-
Recommend workflow improvements for greater efficiency and compliance
What Were Looking For:

Fluent English (C1) written & spoken
-
Bachelors degree in Finance Business Accounting or related field

Experience in onboarding compliance finance ops or account management (preferred)
-
Knowledge of KYC/AML standards

Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills

Detail-oriented organized and able to work both independently and in teams
