Job Summary

Were Hiring: Client Onboarding & Back Office Specialist
Limassol Cyprus On-site Full-time

Join a leading financial services company in Limassol as a Client Onboarding & Back Office Specialist where youll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations compliance and client satisfaction.

What Youll Do:

  • Oversee the client onboarding process including KYC/AML checks and document verification

  • Monitor client accounts for compliance and risk management

  • Reconcile financial transactions with bank and internal systems

  • Investigate and resolve transaction-related issues

  • Collaborate with finance accounting and payment providers

  • Prepare reports on account activity risk exposure and performance

  • Recommend workflow improvements for greater efficiency and compliance


What Were Looking For:

  • Fluent English (C1) written & spoken

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Business Accounting or related field

  • Experience in onboarding compliance finance ops or account management (preferred)

  • Knowledge of KYC/AML standards

  • Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills

  • Detail-oriented organized and able to work both independently and in teams
