The company delivers Payments IBAN accounts card issuing and Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) solutions to clients across the Forex iGaming PSP and E-Commerce sectors. Youll join a dynamic international team focused on building strong client networks and winning new business across these high-growth industries.
The role:
Hybrid (2 days remote)

Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B clients across multiple markets
- Promote and sell Payments & IBAN products cross-selling into card issuing and BaaS

Leverage your existing network within fintech brokers PSPs and merchants

Negotiate commercial terms close deals and maintain long-term relationships

Represent the company at global industry events and conferences
What you bring:
- 3-5 years experience in Payments FinTech or Financial Services sales or business development
- Understanding of payment flows IBAN structures and AML/KYC compliance

Proven track record of B2B sales

Fluent English; additional languages a plus

Based in Cyprus with EU citizenship (work visa cannot be provided for non EU)
Whats offered:

30000 EUR annual base salary commission (performance-driven uncapped)
